I have the full service package and the lawn and landscape look great. The mosquito treatment seems to work really well; the one time I asked for them to retreat it was scheduled within two days.

I appreciate the " personal touch". Before the technician begins treating my lawn, he comes to the door to let me know what he is going to do that day. I like very much that the technician provides me with the opportunity to ask questions or express concerns . To me, this personal touch is what differentiates TruGrren from other lawn care companies. TruGreen gives excellent service year after year. We have been with TruGreen for 18 years now, and can recommend them to friends and neighbors, who want a beautiful, green, and healthy looking lawn. We have neighbors on either side of us that do not use TruGreen, and there is such a dramatic difference in the look and texture of the grass and yard. TruGreen takes care of those unsightly weeds and dandelions, crabgrass, and offers an excellent grub control treatment, as well. Believe me---if grubs attack your lawn, it's not a pretty sight ! So thank you; TruGreen, for taking care of our lawn needs---season after season, and year after year.

TruGreen has done a great job with helping to get my lawn in shape. They are timely and their services address the specific concerns that I have. I'm still struggling with weeds from time to time, but TruGreen is improving that issue as well!

I decided to switch lawn service companies two years ago. The company I was using simply applied the fertilizers and left. I was not seeing any real improvement in my lawn. I decided to switch to TRUGREEN based on a recommendation from a neighbor. I explain the concerns I had about my lawn and the lack of communication. They listened and after the first application I could see a big difference. The technician took the time to discuss the applications and provided a complete document with all the details. I and confident in recommending TRUGREEN to my neighbors and friends.

Our lawn looks good. The service is customer focused. My dog has been having intestinal problems every fall and I thought it might be related to something in the fall lawn treatment. I reached out to Trugreen and the service rep called us back to discuss it. He was helpful and polite. So rare to actually get a call back.
